6:00 p.m. Pot luck for early arrivers !!!UPDATED TIME!!!
(Bring your own silverware, drink, and food.)

Friday

7:00 a.m. – Gates open for Tents and Flea Market area to begin setup.

8:00 a.m. – Hospitality Tent opens and Ticket Sales start.

9:00 a.m. – First Door Prize Drawing.

Door prizes given away on the hour every hour until 3:00 p.m. when the daily big prize is awarded.

3:00 p.m. – Daily big prize drawing.

Saturday

7:00 a.m. – Gates open for Tents and Flea Market area to begin setup.

8:00 a.m. – Hospitality Tent opens and Ticket Sales start.

9:00 a.m. – First Door Prize Drawing.

9:00 a.m. – VE Testing starts at the lodge, ends at 11 a.m. (upstairs conference room in the lodge)

12 noon – Repeater Council meeting, ends at 1:00 p.m. (upstairs conference room in the lodge)

1:00 p.m. – ARRL forum starts at the lodge, over by 2 p.m. (upstairs conference room in the lodge)

3:00 p.m. – Final daily prize drawings and Grand prize drawing.

Notice!!! – For final drawing, everyone needs to be under the tents by 3 pm to claim prizes.

6:00 p.m. Saturday Night Meal in Heritage Room at lodge.(Tickets for the Meal sold at Hospitality Tent.)
