Admission Fee for the public is $10.00 per person at the door (children under 12 free). Includes two free raffle tickets (a $4.00 value).
Vendors, this your opportunity to sell product or distribute information to about 1,200 motivated buyers on a Saturday morning. All indoor spaces have free electricity. There are a limited number of spaces against the wall.

Friday, April 4th, 2025
12:00 PM—Tailgating allowed.
12:00 PM—Commercial vendor setup begins.
2:00 PM—Non-commercial vendor setup begins.
9:00 PM—Indoor arena closed for evening.
Saturday, April 5th, 2025
5:30 AM-6:30 AM—Vendor Setup. Vehicle Traffic Permitted.
6:30 AM—Absolutely no vehicle traffic permitted after this time.
7:00 AM—Doors open for general public.
10:00 AM—VE Testing Begins.
1:00 PM—Raffle drawings and closing.
1:30 PM—Vehicle traffic permitted for vendors.
